Hyprboost is operated from Mississauga, Ontario. The owner is designated as Hyprboost's Privacy Officer. Questions, access requests or privacy concerns can be sent to contact@hyprboost.ca.
1. Scope
This policy applies to personal information Hyprboost collects through hyprboost.ca, its inquiry forms and direct business communications. A separate written agreement may contain additional privacy and data-handling terms for clients.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with Hyprboost, we may collect:
- Your name, business email, business website or public profile, priority outcome and any optional notes you submit.
- Other information you choose to provide in direct business communications.
- Basic attribution information submitted with a form, such as campaign parameters, landing page and referrer.
- Technical records produced by hosting, security or form-processing providers, such as IP address, browser information, timestamps and server logs.
- Client account, campaign and lead-outcome information when required by a signed service engagement.
Please do not submit sensitive personal, medical, financial, identification or account-password information through the public contact form.
3. Why we use information
Hyprboost uses information to:
- Review, respond to and follow up on an inquiry you requested.
- Prepare a public-information snapshot, proposal or service recommendation.
- Provide, measure, secure and improve agreed services.
- Maintain business, accounting, compliance and security records.
- Prevent spam, abuse, fraud and technical problems.
Hyprboost does not sell personal information.
4. Consent and choices
Submitting an inquiry asks Hyprboost to use the supplied information to assess and respond to that request. Any consent for ongoing promotional email must be separate, optional and capable of being withdrawn. You may ask Hyprboost to stop non-required communications at any time.
5. Service providers and processing locations
Hyprboost uses service providers only for legitimate business functions. The website is hosted through GitHub Pages, public form submissions are processed by Formspree, and web fonts are delivered by Google Fonts. When a browser requests those resources, the provider may receive technical information such as an IP address, browser details, referring page and timestamp. Those providers may process information outside Ontario or Canada under their own infrastructure and terms.
Advertising, analytics or customer-management providers may be added when required for a campaign. When such tools collect personal information through this website, Hyprboost will update this policy and implement an appropriate notice or consent mechanism before activating them.
6. Cookies and local storage
This website uses local storage to remember the light or dark appearance you select. It also uses temporary session storage to preserve advertising attribution information during a visit and to prevent a direct visit to the confirmation page from being counted as a new inquiry. These features do not by themselves identify you by name.
No Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Meta Pixel identifier is hard-coded into the website as of the effective date above. A dormant consent-aware loader is present so optional tags can be configured later without loading them by default. If identifiers are enabled, visitors will be offered a choice before non-essential analytics or advertising tags load, and that choice will be stored in local storage. This section will be reviewed before activation.
7. Disclosure
Hyprboost may disclose information to service providers acting on its behalf, to professional advisers under appropriate duties, when you direct or authorize the disclosure, or when required by law. Access is limited to what is reasonably needed for the task.
8. Retention
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, to provide requested services, meet legal or accounting requirements, resolve disputes and protect the business. Retention depends on the type of record and those requirements; information is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required.
9. Safeguards
Hyprboost uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including role-based access, account-security controls and data minimization. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Access and correction
You may ask whether Hyprboost holds personal information about you, request access or correction, or raise a concern by emailing contact@hyprboost.ca. Hyprboost may need to verify identity and may be unable to provide information where an applicable legal exception applies.
11. Children
This website and Hyprboost's services are intended for businesses and adults. Hyprboost does not knowingly seek personal information from children through the website.
12. Changes
This policy may be updated when practices, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when a material update is published.
