These website terms do not replace a client service agreement. Any paid work begins only under a written scope accepted by Hyprboost and the client.
1. Acceptance
By using hyprboost.ca, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. Hyprboost may update these terms by publishing a revised effective date.
2. General information only
The website provides general information about marketing and Hyprboost's services. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice. Recommendations for a specific business require appropriate context and, where relevant, qualified professional review.
3. No performance guarantee
Marketing outcomes depend on factors including demand, competition, pricing, reputation, offer quality, website performance, advertising budget, client approvals, sales capacity and lead handling. Hyprboost does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, bookings, sales, revenue, return on advertising spend or platform availability.
Any service guarantee must be stated expressly in a signed client agreement and will apply only to the controllable deliverable or process described there.
4. Pricing and offers
Prices shown on this website are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Advertising media, third-party charges, taxes and work outside the stated scope are separate unless expressly included. A website offer is subject to confirmation of fit, capacity, scope and a written agreement.
5. Inquiries
Sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship, reserve capacity or require either party to proceed. Do not send passwords, financial-account credentials, health information or other sensitive information through the public contact form.
6. Client services
Paid services are governed by a separate written agreement that should address scope, exclusions, fees, taxes, ad spend, payment, approvals, access, account ownership, intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, change control, termination and liability.
7. Client-owned accounts
Hyprboost's operating policy is that clients retain ownership of their domains, advertising accounts, analytics properties and first-party business data. Access and offboarding details are confirmed in the applicable client agreement.
8. Intellectual property
The website's design, text, graphics, branding and original materials are owned by or licensed to Hyprboost and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal business evaluation. You may not reproduce, sell, misrepresent, scrape for republication or create derivative commercial materials without written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You must not use the website to break the law, interfere with security or operation, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, send unlawful content, probe systems without authorization or abuse the inquiry form.
10. Third-party services and links
The website may rely on or link to third-party services. Hyprboost does not control their availability, content, security or privacy practices. Their own terms and policies apply.
11. Availability and errors
Hyprboost aims to keep the website accurate and available but does not promise uninterrupted access or that every item will always be complete, current or error-free. Hyprboost may correct, remove or update content without notice.
12. Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hyprboost is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from use of or inability to use this public website. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14. Contact
